CONCEPTUAL COLLECTION

An exhibition collection (not for sale) that responds to the need to bring Design and Art closer together, creating each model based on a concept or "spirit" with a high standard of innovation in terms of Design, in addition to a strong conceptual charge that invites reflection with each design.

REBEL

Rebelde's functional system challenges the established canon of object storage, with doors or drawers, of a conventional cabinet. In this case, this canon is replaced by horizontal lines, formed by an elastic material, which generate a new and innovative functional experience. To achieve this, the cabinet is presented in two forms. Closed: The cabinet presents a completely neutral façade that conceals the objects inside. Open: When the user interacts with the work and it is activated, the imbalance and disorder become evident in its staging. In this case, the cabinet reveals a fragmented view of the objects inside. When activated, the user can compose the façade as desired.

Materials: MDF, elastic tape, and metal.

ARACHNID

It's a study developed based on the observation of spiders and their prey-capturing and predator-protection systems, known as "spider webs." In this system, spiders biosynthesize and secrete a sticky silk through their silk glands on the back of their abdomen. Inspired by this concept, the Arachnid cabinet proposes an innovative functional system that reinvents the conventional method of storing and displaying objects on fixed surfaces. The Arachnid system is based on tensioned elastic cords, which, being thin and light, "trap" objects, leaving them "suspended" inside, just as spiders do with their prey.

This creates a new archetype for storing and displaying objects. This time, the support is completely moldable and adjustable by the user. Although the elastic cords wrap around the objects at different angles, they simultaneously reveal a fragmented view of most of them in a completely original and innovative way.

ENIGMA

The Enigma system does not require doors because it incorporates a new material, made of low-density foam, which stores the books between its slats, leaving them "hidden." This innovative method allows the cabinet to be completely "open," without doors, while simultaneously "hiding" the books inside. Another possibility is to leave a small section of the books visible, so that the user has an indication of what is hidden inside the cabinet. The use of foam in furniture creates a paradox when storing objects, as there is a contradiction between empty and full, between visible and hidden. On this occasion, the door or cover that protects the objects is replaced by the same support material.

Material: MDF, foam, and metal.

CHAOS

"A few years ago, it was discovered that Chaos is not random, but rather a super-complex order, as a small change in the process generates a different result." The Chaos Cabinet reinvents the concept of "door" with a series of geometric lines in a specially manufactured elastic material. A stylized model that intrigues and invites you to interact with it and experience a new experience. Its permeable and elastic skin allows for storing books, equipment, and all kinds of objects. It also creates a facade that allows you to view stored objects in a fragmented manner.

GUILLOTINE

"A new Guillotine has been created... This time, to unite and gather around the pleasures associated with your audiovisual equipment." This cabinet has been specially designed to support your turntable and all kinds of objects and equipment. The vinyl format is also recognizable in its storage spaces, which are accessed from the front and both sides. Its original "guillotine door" system evokes the tonearm of traditional record players, based on a door anchored to the volume by a ball joint that allows its original opening. The geometry, both in this and in all models in the series, is important and consistent, both in the aesthetics of the closed and open cabinet. The volume is supported on one side by legs and on the other by wheels, which enhances its asymmetry and makes it visually and functionally playful, inviting you to interact with it.

DRIPPED

Dripping", whose pictorial material is allowed to drip onto the boards or spread by splashing, directly with the hands or through the use of brushes or any other instrument." The Goteado cabinet transitions between design and art, as the visual result and its manufacturing technique recall abstract oil painting. This model is customizable, so it can be manufactured completely closed or with open spaces (referential images) so that it is multifunctional and accepts audiovisual equipment or objects on display. It offers the best experience with its soft-close technology for drawers and doors. The interior shelves, made of 6 mm tempered glass, allow you to see and reach the objects stored behind them.

DIAMOND

"They say the Diamond is unattainable... But now, you can have your own functional Diamond at home." A model designed to store your objects, its aesthetic resembles the three-dimensional geometry of a Diamond. This model is customizable, so it can be manufactured with three doors, completely closed, or with open spaces (reference images) so that it is multifunctional and accepts audiovisual equipment or objects on display. Like all the furniture in the series, its functionality is expanded to support the widest range of equipment and objects. It offers the best experience with its soft-close door technology, and the interior shelves, made of 6 mm tempered glass, allow you to see and reach the objects stored behind them.

DIAMETER

"A single diametrical line divides the model into two equal parts. Many lines create a new way to access stored objects." The Diameter Cabinet reinvents the "door" concept with a series of diametrical lines in a specially manufactured elastic material, inviting a new experience when interacting with a piece of furniture. Its permeable and elastic skin allows for the storage of books, equipment, and all kinds of objects. It also creates a facade that allows a fragmented view of stored objects. The interior shelves, made of 6 mm tempered glass, allow you to see and reach the objects stored behind them.
